Four Seasons Farm runs this website (fourseasonsfarm.ca) as a simple informational site about our certified-organic farm, produce, CSA and farm stay. We collect as little information as possible, and we do not use cookies, advertising, or third-party analytics or tracking.

The only information you actively give us is through our contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry.

When you submit the contact form, its contents are emailed to us through Resend (our email-delivery provider) and protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. To provide these services, Resend and Cloudflare may process your submission along with technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Submissions are not stored on this website.

Our home and contact pages embed a Google Map showing the farm’s location. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and browser information, as it would on any visit to a Google service. We don’t control how Google uses that data — see Google’s privacy policy for details.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

Enquiries we receive by email are kept only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our own records, and are not shared beyond the service providers named above.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your enquiry, by emailing us.
