This is a listing of all the things we grow and produce, most of which we do ourselves. However, we also support nearby farmers by purchasing produce from them, both certified organic and no-spray items (marked with an asterisk *). Other specialty items are available that are not listed here;
- Spring (April-June):
Salad mix, arugula, asparagus, kale, swiss chard, peas, radish, rhubarb, salad turnips
- Summer (July-August):
Salad mix, arugula, garlic curls/scapes, orange and multicoloured carrots, beets, kale, cherry and heirloom tomatoes, beans*, zucchini*, swiss chard, salad turnips, onions, fennel
- Fall (September-November):
Salad mix, arugula, garlic, orange and multicoloured carrots, beets, cherry and heirloom tomatoes, beans*, peas, radish, kale, swiss chard, salad turnips, brussel sprouts*, onions, shallots, winter squash, daikon, fennel
Available throughout spring, summer and fall: chives, rosemary, cilantro, dill, thyme, sage, mint, parsley, oregano, basil, tarragon, edible flowers, lemon balm, lovage and sorrel.
